About the Facilitator
Our facilitator, Beverley Patwell, is a dedicated leader in organizational development and change. With her extensive experience as a leader, consultant, practitioner, coach, teacher, and author, she has inspired people worldwide to embrace and manage change. Her teachings have influenced some of the leading universities in the Western Hemisphere.
Beverley is the author of Leading Meaningful Change: Capturing the Hearts, Minds, and Souls of the People You Lead, Work with, and Serve and is the co-author, with Edith Whitfield Seashore, of Triple Impact Coaching: Use of Self in the Coaching Process. She has published numerous articles and tools on leadership, change, and coaching.

Beverley believes the Use-of-Self is an important and powerful instrument in one’s toolkit. It is a philosophy, mindset, and process that requires ongoing attention throughout one’s life cycle. Amid the storm or chaos of change, individuals still have a choice in what they think, how they feel, and the actions they take to respond and be accountable.
