Building on nearly 30 years of research and experience, we currently offer the LMC programs below, from introductory to advanced levels.
LMC Essentials Online
This independent study program is your first step on the pathway to leading meaningful change. Be introduced to the theory and key concepts behind the LMC Framework and participate in an online discussion forum hosted by an experienced LMC Catalyst and with and from people around the world who are also reading LMC. You can complete this program at your own pace or in parallel with the LMC Foundations to put it into practice right away.
LMC Foundations
Building on the learnings from LMC Essentials, this blended learning program is the next step in a leader’s LMC journey. It allows participants to practice key concepts and learn with and from other participants in engaging, interactive sessions. You will reflect on leadership strengths and challenges, build resiliency, develop a personal LMC Development Plan, and access tools and techniques to help you lead yourself and others.
Mastering LMC
This advanced program is designed for people who want to master their ability to lead and manage change in their organizations and/or their communities. Building on LMC Essentials and LMC Foundations, it offers a blended learning (online and on Zoom/in-person) approach to further develop yourself as a change leader, and advance your organizational change leadership challenges. You will also work in teams to design and implement an LMC project in an organizational setting and receive peer-to-peer feedback, and coaching from experienced LMC Catalysts
Developing the Pathway for Recovery to Renewal
This asynchronous-online program is delivered in partnership with MultEversity. This independent study program is your first step on the pathway to leading meaningful change. Be introduced to the theory and key concepts behind the LMC Framework and participate in an online discussion forum hosted by an experienced LMC Catalyst and with and from people around the world who are also reading LMC. You can complete this program at your own pace or in parallel with the LMC Foundations to put it into practice right away.
Leading Projects in a Digital Environment
This 8-week micro-credentialing program is a blended learning program offered (online and zoom) via Royal Roads University. It equips participants with the key skills, concepts, tools, and techniques required to successfully manage and lead projects, and associated project teams, through an ever-shifting digital landscape. Participants will explore innovative approaches to project leadership and change management and increase their own resilience and adaptability to ever-changing conditions within digital environments.
Living and Leading Through COVID and Beyond Series
No one has been untouched by the COVID pandemic. This is a series of customized special topics designed for life-long learners and anyone interested making sense of what we are living and learning as we navigate our way through and beyond COVID, and the blurred lines between our private life, family, and our work lives. With these different parts of our full selves now more interdependent than before COVID, this virtual program hosted by our change catalysts is both timely and important.

Setting the Foundation for Positive Organizational Change
Focuses on organizational change management practices and the fundamentals required for the transformation of organizational culture. Students will gain an enhanced understanding of organizational change processes, from navigating the people side of change to facilitating whole systems change. Consideration will be given to the capabilities required to effectively lead change efforts. Students will apply learning through an experientially-oriented change leadership project.
