Bev is dedicated to leading meaningful change. As an experienced leader, consultant, practitioner, coach, teacher and author she has worked around the world inspiring people to live, lead and manage meaningful change. She has taught at some of the leading universities in the western hemisphere and served as a senior associate and executive coach with the Niagara Institute.
Chris brings a wealth of experience in corporate strategy design and implementation, marketing-communications, and public affairs. This includes extensive experience working with associations and not-for-profits. He owns his own company and is Chairman of the Board of Directors for TVO, a Crown agency. He has served as a trusted member of executive teams, and as senior advisor to government ministers, CEOs, and other leaders.
Patrick is a US-based consultant who works with clients to build their capacity in managing complexity, accelerating change, and enhancing stability. Patrick has a track record of designing high impact leadership development programs for science- and technology-driven organizations. As a skilled executive coach and organization development practitioner, he integrates cutting edge research with cross-sector experience to support leaders and organizations navigating choppy waters.
Gita has collaborated extensively with organizations committed to values-driven leadership and a high-performing culture. As a leadership development specialist, facilitator, executive coach and university lecturer, Gita has helped thousands of professionals make the leap to human-centered leadership. Her expertise includes designing systems and approaches that cultivate purpose, courage and emotional insight in visionary leaders.
Anne is a community-based psychiatrist who teaches mindfulness and has trained as a yoga teacher.
She is a member of the Department of Psychiatry at The University of Ottawa. She has a life long commitment to working with older persons as they can struggle to cope with the many changes associated with ageing. As part of her work, she teaches mindfulness based coping to caregivers who have partners with dementia.
For the past decade Anne has collaborated in offering mindfulness and yoga retreats in wonderful locations internationally.
Dana has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development in large global organizations. She provides pragmatic and business-oriented solutions to team effectiveness, talent management, leadership development and coaching. She has extensive experience in culture transformation organizational development, succession planning and facilitation. Dana also spent 14 years in the Canadian Navy and has a passion for working with veterans and veterans organizations.
Jeff is a proud member of Bingwi Neyaashi Anishinaabek with several family ties to the Fort William First Nation Community. Jeff has unique insights for different challenges First Nation communities face related to governance, lateral violence, corporate land entitlement and Indigenous to non-Indigenous relations. This work has led to the development of his relationship model, which enhances learning to better understand common threads for success. His workplace relationship model blends thinking from business leaders, traditional practices, and academic research to create inclusive working cultures. Jeff actively demonstrates his commitment to building strong, healthy, and sustainable First Nation Communities. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Lakehead University and a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources from Confederation College.
