Description
This exercise is designed to help you reflect on and evaluate how you are moving through your life now, and as you plan for the future. The CARE model is based on input from over 700 participants who attended our Leading Meaningful Change programs during COVID. By completing The Wheel of Life exercise, you will have a visual impression of how you are doing and strategies to help you take CARE of yourself and others. This exercise is useful for people of all ages living and leading through change and transition.
